About The Bridge Foundation:
The Bridge Foundation (Bridge Global Ltd) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering global connections, innovation, and community development through events, workshops, and collaborative initiatives.

Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.


Event Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions

By registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum, or activity hosted by The Bridge Foundation (Bridge Global Ltd), participants and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:


Privacy

Your contact details will be used to compile a participants list that will be used by The Bridge Foundation event organizers, venues, and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable).

If you do not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact The Bridge Foundation at least two weeks prior to the event.

Additionally, The Bridge Foundation processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.


Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you irrevocably authorize and grant The Bridge Foundation the right to:

  • Record you (picture and voice) on photographs, film, and/or videotape for audio and visual production (the “Recording”).
  • Edit the Recording into a photo gallery, short film, or webinar (which may include other recordings and materials).
  • Use your name, likeness, voice, or other information concerning you.
  • Screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.

You hereby release The Bridge Foundation from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights based on the use of the Recording. The Bridge Foundation owns all rights, title, and interest (including copyright) in the Recording and is not obliged to use it.

While under no obligation to do so, The Bridge Foundation will consider reasonable requests to stop using a particular Recording. Such requests should be made in writing.

If you do not wish to grant these rights, please contact The Bridge Foundation via email at least two weeks prior to the event.


Disclaimer

At the time of registration, The Bridge Foundation provided the most recent event information. Participants and speakers accept that event content and/or delivery may change beyond the control of The Bridge Foundation.

  • The Bridge Foundation is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or program/content changes. We reserve the right to make necessary changes without penalty. No refunds, partial refunds, or alternative offers will be provided in such cases.
  • The Bridge Foundation cannot control content published or disseminated at the event. Participants are solely responsible for their interactions and are advised to exercise caution, common sense, and safety.
  • The Bridge Foundation, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from the event.
  • The Bridge Foundation shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness (including COVID-19), property damage, or financial loss incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


Registration

If registering on behalf of another participant, you are responsible for notifying them of these Terms and Conditions and ensuring they agree. You must also provide accurate registration details.


Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) and will not be processed until confirmed by The Bridge Foundation. If you do not receive confirmation within two (2) business days, please contact us directly.

  • Cancellations received more than 16 days prior to the event: Full refund provided.
  • Cancellations received 15 days or fewer before the event: Non-refundable.
  • In the case of event postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for postponements.


Fees and Payments

The full amount must be sent within five (5) days of registration to confirm attendance. Otherwise, your registration will be considered incomplete, and your place at the event will not be guaranteed.


Indemnity

In the event of venue or speaker changes, or event cancellation beyond The Bridge Foundation’s control, we will attempt to reschedule. Participants agree to indemnify and hold The Bridge Foundation harmless from any costs, damages, or expenses incurred.

Participants also indemnify The Bridge Foundation against any costs or charges incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and agreement to these terms indicates acceptance of this indemnity.


Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining personal travel and medical insurance, covering:

  • Event cancellation or changes
  • Travel disruptions
  • Medical expenses
  • Loss or damage to personal property

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining personal insurance coverage for travel, health, and event-related risks. The Bridge Foundation shall not be liable for any uninsured losses.


Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or defaults due to conditions beyond their control, including but not limited to government restrictions, wars, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, The Bridge Foundation will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is impossible, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, deducting non-recoverable costs.

The affected party shall notify the other party promptly upon becoming aware of any such force majeure event and take reasonable steps to minimize its impact.


Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The Bridge Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior without a refund.


Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any amendments specified in subsequent event order forms, constitute the entire agreement between participants and The Bridge Foundation, superseding all prior discussions or agreements related to the event.
